Excel Integration

The system features a built-in Excel interface for seamless importing and exporting of laboratory data. By using Excel templates with designated macros, laboratories can generate custom reports from any data set, import results from instrument files, and design analyte-specific data entry sheets to calculate and integrate final results along with associated quality control data. Workbooks without macros can also be used to import sample data or perform batch sample uploads efficiently.

Excel Templates

Excel templates are used for both importing results and exporting data from reports. Each template must include a data worksheet with macros corresponding to pre- and post-transfer events. Templates designed for importing analysis results require additional macros for pre- and post-import operations. These macros can remain empty but are necessary to maintain the interface’s event-driven functionality. The system provides a set of example templates that can be copied and customized to meet specific laboratory needs.
